Comparing Curt and Tow Ready Trailer Wiring for a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee without Tow Package

Whats the difference between the two harnesses - C56009 vs 118425? I have 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee without tow package.

Both the Tow Ready harness # 118425 and the Curt harness # C56009 install and function the same way on your 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee without the factory tow package. They are just from 2 different manufacturers. I have linked videos showing example installations of both for you.

I usually recommend Tow Ready over Curt because on harnesses with converter boxes the Tow Ready ones seem to be the more reliable option. But in this case there are no converter boxes so you could go either way and be good to go!
