We do have a fifth wheel installation kit for your 2006 F-250.
The kit I recommend is part # RP50082-58. This will work with Curt, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese, Valley and Husky fifth wheel hitches. This is a custom installation kit that cuts installation time in half when compared to universal kits. It has also been verified to work with the RBW Lil Rocker fifth wheel hitch. We cannot verify it will fit any other RBW models since RBW is no longer in business and has not been test fit with the rails.
If you want to send me the model number and any other information on your hitch I can do some research to see if I can get you an answer.
