Camco Propane Fittings for a 1lb Coleman Grill

1. Does the tee depend on the cap to stop propane flow at the hose fitting when the hose is not in use? 2. Does the non-tee end of the hose fit the connection for 1 lb disposable tank on my Coleman grill and stove?

Yes, the tee on the Camco # CAM59143 does depend on the cap to stop propane flow at the hose fitting when the hose is not in use. You can tell this because there is a rubber seal in the cap and no regulator connected to the unit.

I looked up a Coleman grill 1lb tank and the non-tee end of the hose will not fit because they are both male connectors. There is a female adapter that may work for your 1lb tank though, # CAM59213. This adapter will adapt the male end to have a female end that will then mount to your 1lb tank.
