Can the Equalizer Shank part # EQ90-02-4900 be Used in Rise and Drop Setups

Im interested in converting my 2inch Equalizer Weight Distribution System to a 2-1/2inch system. My question is, is the Eq90-02-4900 shank designed to angle down as well as up, depending on if I need to create or rise?

The Equalizer Shank part # EQ90-02-4900 that you referenced will allow you to convert your 2 inch Equalizer system to a 2-1/2 inch hitch system. It can be used in the rise or drop configuration.

It would provide you with 10 inches of rise and up to 6 inches of drop.
