How many holes will I have to drill on my fj40 to put the bestop on?

Depending on what is already installed on your FJ40, you may need to drill up to 19 holes when installing the Bestop Supertop Soft Top, part # B5146415.
From the installation instructions and again depending if holes are present and line up with the components you are installing, 9 holes are needed for the windshield retainer, 2 for the horizontal rod brackets, 4 are needed when installing the bow, and 4 holes are required for the Footman loops.
This cover is designed for 1964 through 1984 Fj40s and is made of Black Denim material. I have attached the installation instructions you can check out.
