For a set of fifth wheel rails confirmed to fit your 2005 Chevy Silverado 2500HD it's hard to beat the price of the Curt rails part # C16418-204 that you referenced. Curt says these will take 4 hours to install and the more expensive Reese part # RP50064-58 would take 4 hours to install. Realistically they both would take about the same time as they are pretty similar.

The easiest kit to install would be the Reese Outboard rails part # RP56007-53 which are the most expensive but they are by far the easiest to install since the brackets are on the outsides of the frame and not the insides.

I attached install videos for all three kits for you to check out as well.
