Recommended Swing-Up Trailer Jack For Pontoon Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a pontoon trailer where the tongue jack is physically mounted to the trailer. A bolt secures the jack, which folds. Assume the screw is welded directly to trailer, and you access the nut by going between the swivel plate. Do you sell a replacement tongue jack like this? Looking for a more heavy duty one since tongue wait can get heavy when boat is on trailer. Thanks.

It sounds like your trailer jack was a custom installation. We do not offer a jack that is designed to be mounted like you described. The jacks we have are either a bolt-on or they have a plate that can be welded to the trailer frame.

The fold-up tongue jacks we offer for trailers are designed to fit trailer frames or tongues of different sizes like part # F1413140334 which will fit trailers with a 4 to 5 inch frame. This jack has a capacity of 1,600 lbs and is a bolt-on application.

For a jack that is designed for trailer frames that measure 3 x 5 inches I recommend part # F1413050334. For trailer frames that measure 3 x 3 inches or 3 x 4 inches I recommend part # F1413040134. Both of these jacks have also got a 1,600-b capacity.
