The best 5th wheeling set-up for your 2010 Toyota Tundra, sliding hitch versus Sidewinder pin box, will depend on the truck's bed length. For 5-1/2-foot beds the only way to go is a fixed hitch and Sidewinder replacement pin box. For 6-1/2-foot beds a sliding hitch like # RP30051 allows a standard pin box to be used. For 8-foot beds a fixed hitch and standard pin box are okay.
You can use the linked page to select your bed length to then see suitable 5th wheel set-ups.
No matter which hitch you select, for a wiring harness you can use Pollak part # PK11893-11932.
The two linked articles on 5th wheel hitches and Sidewinders may be helpful to you.
