Does T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness 118384 have Combined Brake Light and Turn Signal Functions

does this have the 5 to 4 converter for vehicles with amber turn signals?

Tow package wiring on a vehicle is already converted to combine the brake and turn signal lights onto the same circuit which is what trailers use. Wiring harness # 118384 Tees in line with the factory 7-Way wiring and provides a 4-Way flat connector in addition to the factory 7-Way so when using it the brake and turn signal lights will also be on the same circuits.
