Does the E-Track Wood Beam Socket # 59149 Have a Weight Capacity
Question:
I am looking at this to install on the side walls of my 2016 Cargo Mate 6x14. The trailer has 16inch on center studs, and I am wondering how much weight these will support using the 2x4 holders? Can I just use self tapping screws to install the E-Track?

Expert Reply:
The E-Track Wood Beam Socket # 59149 that you referenced doesn't have a capacity listed for it because the wood installed in it would break long before it would.
To install the vertical E-track sections like the 4 foot section part # E19146 you could use self-tapping screws. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
