Trunk Mounted Bike Rack for 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution w/ Spoiler

Which trunk rack will work with a 2014 Lancer with faring?The HRE3 looks like it will fit under the faring but not over it. thank

By 'fairing', I'm assuming you're speaking of the tall spoiler on the rear trunk lid. The spoiler is what creates the fit problem that rules out almost all the bike racks I've looked at, but I've found an option that my Saris representative tells me will fit, the Saris Bones # SA803 will work. . This rack has enough height to reach over the spoiler and attach securely.

The Hollywood Racks Express 3 Bike Rack you referenced, part # HRE3 isn't a fit on Lancer models equipped with the spoiler.

If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance. I'll link you to a video showing how the adapter bar works.
