2012 Ford Flex Limited EcoBoost w/ dual exhaust Was looking at getting the Curt 13110. What do you thinks is the least visible hitch on this Flex?? Thanks!

Both of the trailer hitches available for your 2012 Ford Flex with dual exhaust have the same design and install in the same places on the vehicle so they will all look pretty much the same. The cross tube will be visible beneath the rear bumper but is recessed enough to not be glaring.
The most popular option is the etrailer trailer hitch # e52AR but Curt hitch # C13110 will work just as well. I would go with whichever costs less. I have included links to videos showing installations of both of these hitches for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And for trailer wiring I recommend # 118472 to add a 4-Way flat connector to the rear of the vehicle. I have linked a video showing installation of this harness as well.
