Question:
Will I be able to get the full size spare in and out from under the truck with this hitch installed?

Expert Reply:
The full-size spare tire on your 2002 Ford Explorer 4-Door 4WD will remain accessible after you install Draw-Tite Class III hitch # 75132. I confirmed this with my technical contact at Draw-Tite.
I have linked for you the written install instructions as well as a helpful article with tips for an easier hitch installation.
If you need a 4-pole wiring harness you can use Tow Ready # 118344 or if you have the tow package use part # HM11140335. For a ball mount use part # D-4, Hitch Pin and Clip, # PC3, and either 1-7/8-inch hitch ball # 19260 or 2-inch ball # 63845.
