Dimensions of Rhino Rack Fairing and Fitment on 2008 Silverado Crew Cab with Roof Marker Lights
Question:
Looking to purchase the Vortex 2500 Black 2 Bar Roof Rack and the 50inch wind faring for my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab 4x4 LTZ with snow plow prep Factory marker lights on roof. Is there enough clearance to mount the faring behind the marker lights on the roof?

I was able to go out to our warehouse and measure the Rhino Rack roof fairing # RRRF4.
Due to the adjustable arm which allows you to get the correct angle needed for your roof rack you will want to measure to make sure this will fit behind your factory marker lights. I found that at its most extended angle the measurement from the center of the crossbar to the end of the fairing will be 8-5/8 inches and the distance of the arm at its shortest will be 4-5/8 inches.
I have linked an image for you to better see the dimensions of this arm.
