In order to determine which fairing is the best for your roof rack, you will want to take a quick measurement on your 2016 Kia Sportage.

If your vehicle roof has raised side rails, you will want to measure from inside to inside of the raised side rails to decide which length fairing will work for you. If your Sportage has a naked roof, you can measure from the rain gutter to rain gutter of the vehicle roof or from the inside to inside of the roof rack feet.

The Thule AirScreen Fairing you referenced is 38 inches long. The fairing also comes in lengths of 32 inches # TH62WV, 44 inches # TH82WV, and 52 inches # TH22WV.

You will want to choose the fairing that most closely matches the measurement you found for your roof.
