Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring that Stopped Working on a 2002 Ford F-150
Question:
I have a 2002 f150 I get no power to my factory tow package. Checked with a circuit tester. Nothing on either plug.

Sounds like you either blew a relay or a fuse under the hood of your 2002 Ford F-150. Whenever the trailer wiring all cuts out like what you described that indicates typically that a relay is bad under the hood for the trailer wiring.
Check the fuse blocks for blown towing related fuses and relays and replace as needed.
