If your Wrangler has a Draw-Tite # DT78MR and stock tires, The Curt folding 24x60 cargo carrier, part # C18153 is what I'd enthusiastically recommend. As you can see in the provided video, the carrier fits perfectly and clears the rear mounted spare tire enough so that it can fold up against the spare tire when it's not loaded.

If you have a different hitch, you'll need to measure the distance between the hitch pin hole and the rearmost edge of the spare tire as shown in the FAQ article I've linked for you. If you measurement 9 inches or more, the Curt # C18153 would be a great fit. This is one of our best selling carriers, and as you can see by looking at the customer reviews provided on the product page, the carrier gets rave reviews from our customers.

If you have the Curt # 13432 the hitch pin hole to end of the stock spare tire distance is 10-1/2 inches. You could still use the # C18151, but you wouldn't be able to fold it up into the storage position. If that's the case, I'd recommend the slightly less expensive Pro Series # 63153. If the hitch pin hole measurement you take on your Jeep is less than 10-1/2 inches, this carrier would work great for you.

You might also be interested in accessories like a locking hitch pin, part # e98882 or a cargo net like part # RLN1-RTD4.
