Fitment of Tire Chain Adjuster for a 2012 Subaru Impreza

Hi, I have a question about your Glacier Cable Snow Chains part #PW1038. In the video, it says to use the rubber adjuster, part # PW100. My Subaru has 17inch wheels exactly as in the video and part #PW100 says its for 12inch to 16inch rims. Should I use a different rubber adjuster? Thanks!

I can help you find the right tire chain adjuster for your 17 inch wheels.

I would recommend the # PW105 for your Subaru's 17 inch wheels. Not only will these adjusters fit your wheel better than the # PW100 they have a separate rubber multi-arms which will continue to perform even if one arm is compromised, unlike the other style. This adjuster will fit rims from 15 to 18 inches in diameter, which will be perfect for your Impreza's # PW1038 tire chains.
