How to Determine if a Trailer has a 13 inch Rim with a 4 on 4 inch Bolt Pattern

Do you have a 13 inch 4 hole rim that the bolt on holes centers are 2 3/4 inches apart?

It sounds like you have a bolt pattern of 4 on 4 inch, but the dimension you listed is slightly off from what this bolt pattern is. What you will want to do is measure from one hole center straight across to the hole center opposite of it. If this dimension is right at 4 inches then you do have a 4 on 4 inch bolt pattern and all of the rims at the attached link will fit.
