I don't have a diagram, but I'd be happy to recommend the correct parts and match up the wire color coding for you. You could use the # PK11893 you referred to, along with the # PK11998 pigtail.
Most of the tow package wiring can be found in a wiring harness above the spare tire. The yellow wire in the tow package harness connects to the red wire in the pigtail. The white ground on the tow package wire is connected to the white wire on the pigtail, the blue pigtail wire attaches to the dark blue wire found on the driver's side frame rail, the green tow package wire connects to the green pigtail wire, the black pigtail wire attaches to the red or orange wire on the driver's side frame rail, the brown tow package wire connects to the brown pigtail wire and if needed, the light green reverse lamp circuit can be connected to the yellow pigtail wire.
Another alternative would be to use the # HM40975-11998, which includes both the connector and the pigtail. the color code is the same as mentioned above. This trailer connector provides both a 7-way and a 4 pole connector.
I've linked you to a product demonstration video and some helpful FAQ articles about trailer wiring and brake controller installation.
