How is this light grounded ??? #STL63RB

The lamp is grounded through a dedicated ground wire. The lamp has three wires exiting the rear, a white wire for ground (which is hard to see against the white background), a red wire for the brake lamp/turn signal and a black wire for the running lamp signal.
