Curt trailer hitch # C13149 comes with the four M12-1.25 x 35mm hex bolts and four 1/2 inch conical toothed washers needed for installation on your 2011 Toyota RAV4. If you have the hitch but need the hardware then to get the proper hardware I recommend # RHK.
On the # RHK page you would enter the hitch number and choose the manufacturer to get the correct hardware.
The hitch hardware will thread into factory weld nuts inside the frame rails of your RAV4. Sometimes these weld nuts can get packed with road grime and corrosion making it difficult or impossible to thread the bolts in. The solution is the clean out the weld nuts using some spray lubricant, a wire brush such as # 814092, and a little elbow grease. I have include links to our help article and video on cleaning weld nuts for you.
If you plan on doing some towing I recommend etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not have the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, use the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
And to add a 4-Way flat trailer connector to the rear of the vehicle I recommend # 118412. I have linked videos showing example installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
