The hub and drums we offer for a 7,000 lb axle we offer all use 12 x 2 inch brakes. They also have an 8 on 6-1/2 inch wheel bolt pattern. I have attached a link to the hub and drums we have that are designed for a 7,000 lb axle you can check out. If you do not have EZ-Lube axles I recommend part # 42866UC3. These come with the bearings, races, seal, grease cap, wheel bolts and lug nuts.
If you do have EZ-Lube axles I recommend part # 42866UC3-EZ. These are the same hub and drum but have the grease cap that has a rubber plug which allows access to the grease zerk fitting on the axle. These hub and drum systems are designed for spindles that require a 2-1/4 inch grease seal.
To be sure you are getting the correct assemblies for your trailer you can check the bearing numbers on the system you have on your trailer, or use a digital caliper like part # PTW80157 and measure the spindle on the axle. I have attached a photo that shows where the numbers can normally be found on the bearings and also where to measure on the spindle.
The inner bearing, part # 25580 included with the hubs mentioned above is have an inner diameter of 1.75 inches and the outer bearing, part # 14125A has an inner diameter of 1.250 inches.
The electric brakes I recommend for these hubs and drums is part # 23-106 for the right hand and part # 23-105 for the left hand.
If your trailer uses hydraulic brakes I recommend part # 23-325 for the right hand and part # 23-324 for the left hand.
