about 2016 Chevrolet Impala Trailer Hitch curt 12115, what is the differences among draw tite , hidden and none ?

The only difference between the Hidden Hitch # 90242 (no longer available) and the Draw Tite Hitch part # 36538 that you referenced is that the Hidden Hitch comes with a ball mount and a hitch pin and clip. Aside from that they are identical hitches.
Curt is a different company so while the design is very similar, the hitch is made slightly different. The biggest differences are that Curt hitches are made in the USA and they require a stabilizer strap like part # 18050 when used with a non-supported load like a bike rack.
