I am sending a link to the instructions for the Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller, # 39510. It will show you how to adjust the brake controller. They do not have a wiring schematic, but I can explain how to wire it to a 1999 Ford F250/F350 truck.

If your 1999 Ford F250/F350 has a factory installed 7-Way trailer connector, all you would need is the brake controller and the factory brake control adapter that connects to the controller and plugs into the OEM plug. The OEM plug is located under the dash near the center console.

If you do not have the factory brake control adapter then you will need to use the Draw-Tite Universal Wiring Adapter, # 3035-S. It will plug into the OEM plug and then you would wire the 4 wires on the adapter to the 4 wires on the brake controller, color to color.

If you have the factory installed 4-Way trailer connector on your vehicle, you would use the same Draw-Tite Universal Wiring Adapter, # 3035-S, unless the factory brake control adapter was provided.

If you have the Super Duty truck you will also need the Tow Ready Wiring Harness, # 118243, which will plug into a factory connector. To find the factory connector follow the wires from the 4-Way trailer connector on the rear of your truck forward to the factory connector which is located on the drivers side, between the back tires and the end of the truck bed.

Detach the factory connector and plug in the wiring harness, attach the 7-Way to the back of the truck and install the included fuses and relays in the fuse box and relay box under the hood of the truck.

If you do not have the Super Duty truck you would use the Tow Ready Wiring Harness, # 118242, which will connect the same way. It will also have a ground wire that will need to be grounded to the vehicle frame.

I will be sending links to the instructions on the wiring harnesses.
