Difference Between 90 Degree and 60 Degree Lug Bolts  

Question:

what is the difference between 60 degree and 90 degree lug bolts. My boat trailer takes 5 lugs per wheel so I need 20 of these they are 1/2 by what looks like 7/8inch to me maybe 1inch fine thread. not sure which ones i need.

The degrees represents the angle of the cone that is on the wheel bolt. If they are 90 degree then the cone is a 90 degree angle made by the angle created by each side of the bolt.

A 60 degree lug bolt would have a 60 degree angle made by each sides of the lug. 60 is the more common size.

For 90 degree you would want the # RG02-040 that you referenced or for 60 degree part # RG02-020.
