For your 2015 Ford Edge with LED tail lights you can use the 4-diode kit # RM-154. I have linked a video showing an example installation on a 2014 Edge. Another option that bypasses the vehicle wiring altogether so you don't have to splice into it is a magnetic kit such as # RM-2120.
