Recommended No-Drill Fifth Wheel Frame Bracket/Bed Rail Install Kit for 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500
Question:
Hi. I have a Reese 16 Titan hitch. I am purchasing a new 2015 GMC 2500 Duramax Diesel with a 6 1/2foot bed. I have a trailer with a Reese Sidewinder king pin box so I dont need a sliding hitch. My question is which bed rail kit do I purchase. I do not want to drill into my frame. Any help you could give me would be appreciated. Thanks

Reese offers two different no-drill frame bracket/bed rail options for your 2015 Silverado 2500, neither of which would require drilling into the truck frame.
The inboard bracket kit, part # RP50066-58 is a bit less expensive, but is a bit more difficult to use, as the attachments between the bracket and the bed rail are made on top of the frame members, making them a bit more difficult to get to. Another option would be the Reese outboard rail kit, part # RP56001-53 that used bed rails that are a little longer, and would place the connection between the bracket and bed rails to the outside of the frame members, making them easier to access.
I've linked you to install videos for both install kits. If you don't already have a 7-way trailer connector installed in the truck bed, you can install one using part # 41157. I'll also link you to a video showing that being installed.
