Troubleshooting 7-Way Install on a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee that Blinkers Dont Work
Question:
I installed your #20119 on this jeep I have tail lights and battery power at 7 way but no left or right turn signals. All the lights on the vehicle work normally. Any ideas, I have read that it may be a programing issue is that possible?

What you can do is test the pins of the wiring harness that you plugged the # 20119 into on your 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test for voltage when the turn signals are on.
If you can't find any pins on the connector that show intermittent voltage when the blinkers are on then it most likely is a programming issue you would need to take the vehicle to a Jeep dealer for.
