Trailer Hitch and Wiring for a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow-N-Go Seats
Question:
Will this hitch still work on my Chrysler Town and Country Stow-n-go minivan?
asked by: Dale M
Expert Reply:
Yes, Curt trailer hitch # C12289 will fit your Chrysler Town and Country with Stow-N-Go seats. If you plan on doing some towing the correct ball mount to use is # C45520. For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # C40001 and for a 2 inch ball use # C40018. And for trailer wiring use # 118300. I have linked videos showing example installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements.
