Recommended Hitch and Rated Towing Capacity for 2008 G37 Coupe
Question:
Im wondering if this hitch is compatible with a 2008 G37 coupe? Is a G37 coupe capable of towing a trailer with a Yamaha R6 sport bike motorcycle in it and if so is this hitch capable of that sort of load? And would this hitch be best model for this type of load or would you recommend a different hitch? Thanks

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11499 that you referenced fits the sedan version of the 2008 Infiniti G37 but not your coupe, however we do have a comparable hitch for your car. Curt Class I hitch # C11493 is a confirmed fit for your 2008 G37 Coupe.
This hitch has a 150-lb tongue weight (TW) capacity and a 1500-lb gross trailer weight (GTW) capacity. It is possible that your G37 carries different weight ratings so you'll want to check your owner's manual or with your local dealership to confirm your car's actual towing ratings. If the hitch and car differ in their towing weight ratings then the lower-rated item determines the overall limit. Some vehicle versions may not be recommended for towing so you'll want to be sure to check first.
If your trailer has lights you'll need a wiring harness from your Infiniti dealer.
