Maximum Transmission Distance of the Rampage Backup Camera, Is there a Delay on Display
Question:
1. What is the maximum distance between the camera in and iPhone 6+? I pull a fifth wheel. The approximate distance from the phone to the rear of the fifth wheel is approximately 43 feet, can the camera transmit that distance? 2. Is there a delay between the video image received on the phone in real time?

Expert Reply:
The max transmission distance of the Rampage Backup Cameras and Alarms # RA7710 that you referenced is 300 feet. Your distance of 43 feet wouldn't be a problem at all for this camera.
There is no noticeable delay between the camera and the monitor. It would be considered real-time.
If you check out the review video I attached you can see our installer waving his hand in front of the camera and that the monitor shows it immediately. Fast forward to the 1:35 mark.
