We do offer no-drill rear mud flaps for your 2009 Ford Explorer Sport Trac. Rock Tamers offers their heavy-duty hitch-mount Adjustable Mud Flap System # ERT00108 that fits on a 2-inch hitch ball mount. These are easy to install and remove and they adjust both vertically and horizontally. They can even be trimmed to a specific size if you like. Please refer to the linked video. A similar system is offered by Roadmaster, their kit # RM-4400-73.
If you do not have a hitch then you can use the Husky # HL57611 and # HL56611 which DO require drilling for installation.
