Kayak Carrier Recommendation for a Thule Xsporter Ladder Rack

Will this fit over my Thule exporter rack? Is this the best kayak option?

I have a solution for you, but the # TH895 that you referenced won't fit the larger bars of the Xsporter ladder racks.
Instead you would want the Hull-A-Port part # TH834 and the adapter # THXADAPT3 to allow it to fit the Xsporter bars.
