What Rear Mounted Bike Rack Will Fit On 2005 Honda CRV With Outside Mounted Spare Tire

I am looking for a Thule bike rack that mounts on the rear side opening door of a 2005 Honda CRV with outside mounted spare tire. Both bikes I carry have step-thru, frames.

For your 2005 Honda CRV with the outside mounted spare tire, the Thule Spare Time Bike Rack # TH963PRO would be a great choice.The Spare Time has a total weight capacity of 75 lbs. for two bikes.
If your CR-V has a spare tire cover, it will need to be removed.
With the step-thru frame bikes you will need to use the Thule Frame Bar Adapter, # TH982XT, or the Yakima Adapter Bar, # Y02531, that attaches to the seat post and to the handlebar post to give a level horizontal bar for attaching the bike to the bike rack. You will need one adapter for each bike.
