Thule trunk mount bike racks are fully assembled, it doesn't get any easier than that to assemble!
If you're wanting a rack that's unbelievably simple to install and remove, the Thule OutWay, part # TH45JV is the rack you'll want. Most bike racks attach to the vehicle using 6 straps and adjustment buckles. This arrangement is pretty clumsy and isn't very easy to use. However, the OutWay uses only 2 rubber coated straps to secure the rack. This allows the rack to be installed or removed in seconds. It also comes with locks for both the rack and the bikes to deter theft.
As long as the spoiler you describe is factory-installed, the OutWay will fit on your Acura TL..
If you'll be transporting women's bikes or bikes with sharply-angled top tubes, you might also consider a frame adapter bar like part # 64005. The bar spans the distance between the handlebar gooseneck and the seat post, which provides a secondary attachment point for the bike rack. This allows the bike to be carried level, which maximizes ground clearance. I'll link you to a video showing how the adapter bar works.
