Is T-Connector Trailer Wiring Harness Available For 2015 Ram 1500  

Question:

which t connector would you recommend for a 2015 Ram 1500 64inch bed. i believe you have pollack, hopkins and another type. thanks for the help.

If you are looking for a fifth wheel/ gooseneck connector for your truck with the 64 inch bed I recommend the Pollak, part # PK11893-11932. Most installations are done behind the wheel well so the 7-1/2 ft wiring should give you plenty of room. If you plan on installing the harness forward of the wheel well then I would recommend the Hopkins Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 41157. This harness has 10 ft of wiring and the extra length may work better for you.

If you have no 7-way connector at the rear of your 2015 Ram 1500, I recommend the Wiring, part # C59496. There is no T- harness available for your 1500.

To add a 7-way trailer connector at the back you will need part # HM47200 to add a 7-Way. You will then need the installation kit part # 5506 and a 40 amp circuit breaker part # PK54540 for the 12 volt line to hardwire the rest of the wires on the adapter.

If you have a 7-way at the rear of your truck and wish to add a 4-way trailer connector, I recommend the Hopkins Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # HM40975. This simply replaces the 7-way at the rear of the truck.
