Recommended Roof Rack and SkyBox for 2015 Mini Cooper

I just bought a 2015 mini cooper 2 door hardtop and I need to get a roof rack that can carry luggage for 3 people around 150 lbs or heavier. Please let me know which models should I get. There is nothing on top of my roof. I also want to get the carrier on top of the roof rack. Is that added weight to the maximum weight allowed for the racks?
