considering bx 7420 or bx 4325 to tow 2014 jeep wrangler sahara unlimited with motor home. is it better to get bx 7420 for tighter turns?

Hello, Phil. Yes, the bolts that go into the adapters at the end of the arms should be torqued. It looks like those are 5/16" grade 5 bolts so they should be torqued to 18 ft lbs. I have included the torque chart below for your reference.
