Roof Mount Cargo Basket and Bag For 2013 Subaru Outback

Question:

I was looking at the Thule Roof Cargo rack #th859xt. I have the Pro Series Cargo Bag #PS63605, but was wondering if it was too small for the new THule rack. I already have the Pro Series Rack #PS63156but it seems a little small. I have a 2013 Subaru Outback. I would appreciate your feedback with regard to a recommened rack bag combination.

Your Pro Series cargo bag you mentioned is 37 X 32-1/2 inches. The Thule # TH859XT roof basket is a little larger at 49 x 40 than the Pro Series which was 43 x 35 inches.

I would recommend a little larger bag like the Rightline # RL100S20, which is 44" X 36" has a 15 cubic foot capacity. It is up to you if you want to spend the money for the difference in size.
