Flexible Hydraulic Brake Line Kit Recommendation For Aluminum Car Hauler Trailer
Question:
Im building an aluminum car hauler trailer with dual axles. The only brake line kits I see are those with steel lines. Do you have a kit with all plastic lines that would take the place of the steel lines. Im concerned about galvanic corrosion of the steel lines in contact with the aluminum frame-the corrosion of the steel would be accelerated in a salt air environment, and within a year I would expect to see all the steel lines brown with iron oxide. Thanks..

We do offer a hydraulic brake line kit that has flexible rubber brake lines that will work for you. I recommend the Kodiak Brake Line Kit, part # 20TA-BLKIT.
this kit has 20 ft flexible rubber lines and the fittings needed to install brake lines on a tandem axle trailer. The kit also includes rubber-lined loom clamps that attach to the trailer and hold the brake line secure.
If you need a 24 ft kit you can order part # HS496-252.
