Broken Lock Core on Sears X-Cargo Roof Box

The lock on my Sears X-Cargo roof box is broken. Can I get a replacement lock and key?

According to our contact at Thule, the manufacturer of the Sears X-Cargo rooftop cargo boxes, the locks on the Sears X-Cargo boxes are riveted into place and they are not replaceable. The only other option is to replace the old box with a new box.
