Hi will this work in my 2015 dodge 2500 with fifth wheel prep group and a Valley 70487? Thanks.

For your 2015 Ram 2500 with a 6 ft bed, with the factory puck system installed you can go with the Reese 5th Wheel Rail Adapter, part # RP30154 along with a sliding hitch.
I spoke with my contact at Reese and he said this adapter will work with your Valley glider fifth wheel hitch.
