CatBack Exhaust System Recommendation for a 2011 Cadillac CTS 3.0 Liter V6

Hi my name is Eloy , last year I bought a 2011 cadillac cts 3.0l black in florida ,so far my car run perfect and no issues , Two months ago Ive changed the OEM air filter and I installed an airaid air intake system, after that I feel a better fuel efficiency of miles per gallon and a great engine sound, I have thinking in buy a new magnaflow exhaust system,my question . Is this exhaust system Can hurt performance or damage the engine car? please could you give me more information and details about this question? contact me anytime,thank you
