The brake flanges installed on the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System # ASR3500S04 are standard 4-bolt types that are quite common. You can check your electric brake assemblies to confirm they use the same mounting bolt pattern. If they fit and still have plenty of life left in them then you're fine to re-install them on the Timbrens.

You also need to confirm the bearings used in your existing hubs to ensure your hubs' compatibility with the spindles in this kit. If your current hubs use inner bearing # L68149 and outer bearing # L44649 then they will fit these spindles.

If your trailer does not have a crossmember above the spot where you want to install the Timbren system, you may need to reinforce the frame. You can accomplish this three ways. First, you can retrofit the trailer with a crossmember. Second, you can build out the trailer frame. Third, you can use standard, 2-inch steel tubing to connect the 2 Timbren suspensions together using the built-in square hole on each unit.
