Which Trailer Hitches, Accessories, and Wiring Fit a 2008 Ford E-350 Van
Question:
Does this product work for the Ford E-350 Super Duty Van 2008? It is not listed for the E-350 on you website, but the installation instructions include the E-350. Are there any concerns with the spare tire?

I read through the instructions for the Draw-Tite hitch, # 41546, and while it does mention the E-350 a couple of times, I cross referenced your 2008 Ford E-350 with the Draw-Tite catalog and fit guide I have. This hitch was not recommended for the E-350 as there are hitches that are a more ideal fit for the E-350.
For your 2008 Ford E-350, I recommend the Draw-Tite Hitch, # 41926. This is a Class IV hitch with 1,000 pounds of tongue weight capacity and 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight. It can be used with weight distribution for 12,000 pounds of gross trailer weight max. I have included the installation instructions and an install video on a similar vehicle.
The recommended ball mount is # BWBMHD30010. And you can use hitch ball # A-90 (2 inch diameter), or # 19286 (2-5/16 inch diameter).
For wiring, I suggest the Tow Ready Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, # 118551. This is a T-connector that plugs in line with your vehicles taillights and provides a 4-Way trailer connector at the rear of the vehicle. I have included installation details for you.
