Compatibility of the Blue Ox Alpha Tow Bar # BX7380 with the base plates on your 2014 Ford Focus will depend on their brand and design. If your base plates were made by Blue Ox then the Aladdin will work fine without the need for any adapters.
If you happen to have Roadmaster base plates then you will need to use adapter # RM-033.
