Fifth Wheel Hitch and Rail Kit Recommendation for a 2015 Ram 2500 Short Bed

I bought a 2015 dodge ram 2500 big horn diesel 6.5 bed I need to buy rails and the mounting hardware the bed is not pre drilled but I do see 8 threaded holes in the frame where it should mount to. is # C16427-204 the rite kit for the 2015 that bolts rite up to the frame or is there a different kit I need?

Yes, the Curt fifth wheel install kit part # C16427-204 that you referenced is designed to fit your 2015 Ram 2500 with a 6-3/4 foot bed. This kit will not require you to drill the frame of your truck at all either so it would work well for you.

Since you have a short bed truck you will need a slider hitch to allow you to make tight turns. For that the Curt Hitch part # C16541 would work well. This hitch has a 20k capacity, an excellent jaw design, and a round tube slider which would make it a great choice.
