Question:
Will this work on a 2008 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited ?

Expert Reply:
The Tow Ready # 118416 Trailer Wiring Harness you mentioned is compatible with 2007-2015 Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited models. It would be the correct harness for your 2008 Wrangler Sahara Unlimited. If you click the provided link, you can see an install video showing the # 118416 being installed on a 2008 Wrangler. The procedure on your Wrangler Unlimited would be identical.
If you haven't chosen a hitch for your Wrangler Unlimited yet, I'd recommend the Curt Class III hitch, part # 13432. The # C45010 ball mount would also be an excellent choice along with a pin and clip # PC3, and the # 19260 trailer ball for a 1-7/8 inch coupler or the # 63845 for a 2 inch coupler.
