How To Wire Dimmer For Vision X Off-Road Lights
Question:
Im assuming this wires the same as the push button dimmer, but do not find any installation instructions anywhere, even on Vision X site. Can you verify wiring and any idea if this wires in parallel or in place of their toggle switch in the provided wiring harness with the prime drive led lights? VisionX really could have stepped it up a bit in providing information for their products!!! Thank You

I called my contact at Vision X about the Dimmer for Vision X Off-Road Lights with Prime Drive, part # XIL-PDIMMER.
They told me that the red wire is used for the 12V power source and the black wire is the ground. You will want to make sure you attach the ground to a clean bare metal surface.
The small yellow harness with a green wire will plug into the yellow connector on the dimmer and the other end will connect to the green, yellow, or dimmer wire coming from your Vision X product.
